C. Sparring techniques
1. Against kidney or
rib cage strike, elbow block and uppercut
2. Against knife hand
to the neck, shoulder block and reverse
punch
3. Against high knife
hand, back hand palm block and ridge hand
strike mid-section
4. Against high knife
hand or back fist, duck and move forward
counter attack with front hand knife hand
strike to kidney or punch rib cage.
