                   2.     Knife hand strike on makiwara; 300/week

                   3.     Dan jon breathing; 20/day

           E.    Take down techniques

                   1.     Against front kick: X down block and hook leg with back arm. Gently tip backwards pushing same side shoulder

                   2.     Against roundhouse kick: X side block and hook leg with back arm. Grab uniform at shoulder, skip in and sweep supporting leg. Hold onto opponent’s leg and jacket to control fall and follow up with knee to groin.

           F.    Study of advanced techniques

                   1.     Attacking: punching, knife hand striking, kicking

                   2.     Avoiding: side diagonal, back

3.       Hapkido, aikido, jujitsu techniques and research
